i have never had such bad customer service as I received from G.A.L. i had a representative come to my house for a quote on June 30th advising me that they would provide the quote by July 15 th. i never got it. i then stoped by their offices twice and spoke to the Presidents assistant and she said she had no record of the quote but would call me back. She never did. I called them two more time. They did did not call back. Visited again the the President was supposed to come. He did not. Terribl
