Full of promise b...
Full of promise but doesn't deliver!!! I'm not at all pleased with this contractor - he pleaded poverty, saying that because he's self employed he'd had no income over winter, so I took pity on him and paid him in advance. He did a small amount of work then never came back and wouldn't take my calls. What a way to treat seniors.........
