Delt with Roger but he couldn't stand behind his pricing and left me high and dry .. would not recommend.. and the extended warranty is like pulling teeth.. this is what they emailed me after I asked for an explanation... "We are giving you the option to keep the warranties as is or accept a refund for the warranties. If you would like to keep the warranties, you are choosing to accept the price that has already been paid and invoiced. " Basically trying to strong arm me without an explanation .
Had a very old fellow named Roger helping me he sold me a lot of appliances but at the end when it came time for the numbers to match up they didn't when I asked for an explanation he went on vacation and never called me back I went elsewhere with my business they did take me for $4,000 extra dollars though not very happy.
I was very pleased with the service I got. Our frig is small size and they had one I could get right away.
We recently purchased 2 recliner's from Leon's in Woodstock. The service was excellent. Our sales associate, Tyler, was knowledgeable. What we really appreciated too, was that he didn't hover around us. He gave us space to look around for ourselves but was always readily available when we needed him
Terrible store. They removed our warranty and we are left with a $2000 TV that doesn’t work. Stay far away nothing but deceit!
Today we shopped at Leon’s Furniture and again was pleased with their service. Salesperson Shawn took the time to explain the various differences in televisions and showed us many options suited to our needs... we ve been shopping at Leon’s for over ten years and always willing to support our local merchants! Very pleasant staff and courteous managers!
The Woodstock Leons is well organized and clean, staff are very friendly especially Sebastian, he was very helpful with us.
Went to Leons in Woodstock to purchase a stove.The sales person was Sean.Very polite and so helpful. looked at stoves in store and went on computer to show us more models and helped us find one that suited us best.Very happy with our purchase! We have purchased quite a lot from Leons in Woodstock and am always pleased with the way we are treated.Will always recommend this store to our friends.
Purchased a memory foam mattress and adjustable base bed from Woodstock store. Helpful staff and great delivery persons.
We went in to purchase a new washing machine though first impressions were not good as the service rep walked passed us, and only greeted us as an after thought. When we showed him the machine we wanted he said that they would only sell it as a set with a dryer. We showed him that we could purchase it from the Leons website for a lower cost and without a dryer. He was still yet to even tell us his name but then proceeded to talk down to us instead for not supporting the store.
We just had a chair delivered and the 2 men went above and beyond. They were respectful, courteous, and put the chair exactly where it looked best. I did not get their names but I will say this....Delivery service is better than the product. My rating scale --- HELL YEA. Thank you. Judy B
We have purchased a few items from Leon’s in the last few years and never had any problems with the items or their delivery. It’s always been a great experience shopping from Leon’s :)
It was an incredible shopping experience at the Leon's furniture store on Dundas Street in Woodstock. We went there yesterday to buy a glass table and found it very affordable compared to other local stores we had visited. Our sales person was really helpful. I liked his professional attitude and I will definitely come again in the future. I recommend this store to everyone who needs to buy home furniture :)
I ordered a power recliner from Leon’s. Although delivery was 2 days late, the customer support was outstanding. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. If I could, I would have given them more than 5 stars! Thank you guys! I will recommend Leon’s to anyone wanting a sofa or recliner.
I feel really lucky because we bought a leather sofa at Leon's during their Christmas sale. It's a really great quality sofa and I’m really happy with the deal we got :)
I had to go to another warehouse to pick up my couch which was kinda a pain but they did have it on stock so I was able to pick it up right away. So I caint complain.
We have been customers of Leons many times. Recently went in to look for a gas dryer...we were given the business card of David S (general manager) took pictures of the dryer (including the price) that we were interested in...Left the store to do some research and called back 3-4 days later to purchase, and order the dryer (which we were told was on sale for another week). Spoke with David, and he told us that we couldn't get it for the price he had shown us, was very abrupt on the phone, didn't offer any alternatives, and basically just wanted to end the call. We had 1000$ to spend on this dryer, but I guess Leon's didn't care enough to work with us, or provide good customer service. So we purchased one at Tepperman's in London instead. Once bitten, twice shy...we will never purchase from Leon's again, and will let our friends know about this experience. Do yourself a favour- go elsewhere.
VERY disappointed with the lack of customer service.Spent around $2000 on furniture and the delivery was delayed. I called multiple times to speak to my salesman and he never returned my calls. Whenever I go into the store to make a payment on my furniture my salesman is sitting with the other employees on the showroom sofas, never once has come over to greet me or follow up on my purchase. Once my furniture is paid off I will never step foot in that store again.
I am in the market for a new Dining set, so I decided to check out our local Leon's. My 1st impression when entering the store was that their sales staff were bored! I saw several staff lounging on couches looking like they were ready for a nap. I was not greeted when I entered the store. I walked around a bit before someone with a large, over stuffed folder came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable about what they had on the floor - but not really about specifics about what was available on order. He gave some suggestions for putting together pieces of furniture, based on what he thought matched - but when we put them together they were totally different in color and design. I could tell even from a great distance that the two pieces were not the same. They did not have very many sets available - that included hutches and servers. The tables were all crammed in one small section of the store, making it hard to get a feel of the size and shape of each table. It was hard to even sit at one, they were so close together. I did not make any purchases today, as I was simply looking. When I left the store, I no one seemed to notice or care. The man that had served me was now lounging on a very comfy looking couch. What a nice job that is!
