Windsor Housing Authority Offices - Fountainebleau Towers

This is a very well managed corporation. Be advised, though, that it has not been called Windsor Housing Authority for a very long time. It is currently called Windsor-Essex Community Housing Corporation, or CHC for short. I know this because I used to work there, and I miss it immensely.
