Caroll's Custom Sewing

I had contacted Caroll regarding 6 panels of curtains. I told her I would need them in a week to 10 days. She agreed to complete them in this time and to charge $20 per hour for her work and left $50 for deposit. I called her one week later, and she hadnt even started the curtains: consider that this is about 3 hours of work in total. She then asked for $420 for the curtains!!! She said it took her 21 hrs to HEM! She is not returning my calls and still has everything! BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN!

I contacted Caroll to complete two projects for me. Caroll said she could complete them in the time frame no problem. ( a month.) Two weeks later I received a call from Caroll saying she could not do one of the projects at all (the most important one). I found another Lady who quickly completed this project on time. The project that I still had with Caroll she left until the last minute and then played the pity card about how long it was taking her. I she really only started it three days before I needed it. I finally picked the dress at 7pm the night before I needed it. I also picked up a poorly finished dress that has been taken else where to be fitted so it doesn't look like a potato sack; like it did for the first event I wore it to. Please go else where.
