The people there were nice and the glasses quality was good. The service was also quick and fast.
I had an amazing experience 2 weeks ago. Usually I go with a family member to help me select the right frame for me. This time I was alone so I called the store manager, Maia, to explain I will need an experienced person to guide me. In the store, the manger herself was with me all the time trying different frames and provided her experience and professional input/ advice. Then another associate, Nazila, took measurements. Nazila acted friendly and professionally with confidence.
Tried to get a copy of an invoice scanned and emailed to me. Was told by Zora, the person answering the phone, that this was not possible. It could either be faxed (which I do not use) or that I come in to the store and pick it up. After insisting that I speak to someone else I the call was placed on hold for sometime before another person came on the line. He repeated the same but offered to send a copy by surface mail. A most outdated operation which I found inconvenient and frustrating.
