Sunglass Hut Conestoga Mall

Customer service is terrible. Especially that lady with nose piercing. She doesn't even try to help customers. She yelled at me almost for asking for information on glasses exchange and warranty. She'll be starring at you like do u have money to buy the glasses? I don't know why the management hires such kind of arrogant people. She needs lot of training, she need to know how to behave and greet the customers. I'll never ever go there again.
