Completely regretted going here...

Dremmeled my nails to a point they are all sensitive and broken. Crappy shellac. Terrible customer service. Overpriced. Been once will never go back. Need I say more?!?! Going to take months to fix my nails now.

Tried this place today because my normal nail salon is a bit of a drive. They charged me $8 more than my normal salon does ($28), as well as $5 to soak off my previous Shellac polish. I've never had to pay to remove Shellac before. I told the man who did my nails that he had painted over a hair not once, but THREE times. He told me to relax, that it was my natural nail. So now I am sitting here typing with lumps/dents/thin polish on 7/10 nails and the other three are not even shaped properly.

Unprofessional service. Facility is dirty. Was charged for a service that was not provided. Would not go here again. Do NOT recommend.

The service was absolutely terrible. The customer service was even worse. This is not a place to go for any of your needs.

Absolutely terrib...

Absolutely terrible! Ran in after work one day to get a simple polish change because I didn't have time to go to my normal nail salon. They did an absolutely terrible job on my nails and then charged me $17 for just a polish change! Also the entire time I was there they spoke only to each other in their language very rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go here again!
