Twice out of the service bay unsafe for the road. I am baffled as to why this dealership does not take safety seriously. In Dec/15 I purchased a certified used Jetta. My local mechanic found that it shouldn't have passed. The hoist crushed the rocker panels as it lifted the car & shocks needed replacing urgently. I had visited the dealership a couple of days after the purchase to address the issues, but was dismissed-they disagreed with me and the other mechanic's assessment. Watch out!
