Despite numerous conversations about cabinet size, overhangs, and abutted surfaces, 2 countertops were manufactured too small. I was blamed, as I signed off on the drawings. However, the conversations led me to believe that the drawing size was of the cabinets and that the countertops would be manufactured with the appropriate overhangs. Ridalco's did not help me when I asked them to manufacture an inexpensive solution. They were unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful. Never again.
