My husband & I usually go to this location on Sun. after Church and have been since it opened. We are one of the first to arrive and yet we find it not swept well (french fries on the floor)&the tables not very clean. Several Light bulbs are burned out & have been for a very long time. Quite often there is no toilet paper except in one stall this should be checked out before closing. We usually split a meal & ask for a lrg plate & seldom get one.French Fries are dry We now go to Stouffville!

The place is very clean, the service was great and the server was very helpful have an amazing time there kudos

Flys anyone?

Our server was S L O W!! It took forever to get our drinks, meals and the bill. The food was ok. The restaurant was not busy so I don't know why they didn't hustle more. There were flys all over the place which wasn't very pleasant. We will probably be back because it's the only Swiss Chalet around... but not because of the service.
