March 4, 2020 My last three experiences with this franchise were disappointing. I no longer feel safe with their service work. They have lost my family’s trust and loyalty after many years due to sketchy service, and customer service that was shockingly horrible. The location was very convenient for us but their lack of integrity is a deal closer.
Service is awful, Ive had 2 very bad experiences. I attempted to call them, email them, reach out any way i can and they will completely ignore you. Its insane as my family has bought 3 cars from the same dealership. We like volvo but have to get our next lease elsewhere. What dreadful people
I had a terrible experience recently with Volvo Metro West. When I bought my XC90 last year I was promised to be included in a Fathers Day Promotion which featured 3yrs prepaid maintenance. It was a big factor in our decision to purchase the car. I recently went for my 1st service appointment at which time I learned that the promotion was not applied to my file. I followed up with my Sales Rep and the Sales Manager who would not honour the original agreement. Theyre liars & snakes. Beware.
This dealership has a lot to learn about integrity and true customer service. The experience with Metro West Volvo is simply the worst experience that I have have had with an automobile dealer. I would offer any potential customer to go to another dealership. do not sign their temporary lease agreements in advance of the delivery of your car. There are clauses within this agreement that will penalize you strongly if you do not scrutinize it carefully. Jorge and Gary are dishonest.
Craig was very helpful, very informative and friendly. He knows his cars and helped us find the perfect car for us, we are loving our Volvo S60!
Craig and the rest of the team at Volvo Metro West were extremely helpful in helping me find the car I needed. Their attention to detail made the shopping experience a lot easier than it could have been.
This was my first time leasing a Volvo. Craig and his team delivered on every promise. Every aspect of the process was explained and covered. Being self employed I am aware of the need to give customers a sense of "added value". Volvo of Metro West understands this as well. Keep doing what your doing!
Recently ordered and took delivery of a 2017 Volvo XC90 T8. Volvo Metro West pulled out all stops to get us the vehicle just one day prior to our 2 week long East Coast vacation. Courteous customer service, very quick response to concerns, and an overall pleasant experience. The car is nice too!

It's our 2nd Volvo XC60 from Volvo Metro West and we couldn't be more pleased about their no-nonsense car-buying methods. Kudos to the whole staff and an especially big thank you to Gary who has been instrumental in both of our Volvo purchases. We can highly recommend Volvo Metro West and indeed have to a number of people, some of whom have also bought their new Volvos there.
