Growing up in a family of Real Estate Agents made customer service and sales a top priority for Rylie from a young age. While attending Royal St. George's College, he began his customer service & sales career working at a sports retail store where he quickly became the top sales employee, averaging $1000+ in merchandise sales per day. It was this initial job position where Rylie learned the true value in providing outstanding customer service FIRST and focusing on sales second.Upon graduating from high school with Ontario Honours, Rylie moved out west to study at The University of British Columbia in Vancouver where he became a US Studies Major under the Political Science department. While in Vancouver, he resumed his customer service and sales career once again, working for an outdoor clothing manufacturer and supplier at their flagship location.
