We had a very bad experience getting a custom engagement ring done at Rads Jewellery. The owner was rude and they paid very little attention to detail in the design. They forgot things I asked for and claimed that we never discussed it (despite having a drawing of what we agreed on). I would not recommend Rads Jewellery for custom work.
We got a beautiful diamond ring plus a full tennis set. Faranak helped us a lot she is very knowledgable about diamonds and explains different types of diamonds with variety of examples. The service is great and definitely recemmended. Honest, helpful with reasonable value.
