Horrible management. They charged me an extra day of valet services that did not occur. It’s been 6 years and still waiting for my money back. Spoken numerous times to owner mark who promised my money was on its way. Never received and never a return call. Horrible.
Drivers were very unprofessional. During smoke breaks with my colleagues we saw how fast they where driving the guests cars in a residential area. At the end of the event I asked for my keys back and walked to my car in the neighbourhood. I'm not sure why my friends decided to hire this company to host their engagement party. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
My wife attended an event at the ROM on Avenue and Bloor and Mark J. Mooney was providing the valet service. By the time the event ended it was dark out and she did not notice that the rear bumper was cracked. I only noticed on my way to work the following morning. I have reached out to the owner of the company, Mark Mooney, and he has denied all aspects of my claim. The damage was only $1000 to fix but why should I pay for this when there drivers can't park to save their life. I'm not impressed
I have had 2 terrible valet experiences with this company in the recent past. Very unprofessional drivers to say the least. They all look like kids who just got their G2 licence. Both times I was at an event I parked my own car because none of the valet drivers could drive standard. Consider yourself warned. Look elsewhere for valet companies.
