    great ppl to deal with ............good furniture

    i havee been buying from this place for like about 8 or so years and i like there prouduct. they always took care of me so i would always go back.

    NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go to this place

    Buyers Beware: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CROWN FURNITURE! I bought a computer desk. Crown furniture's customer service was awful. I was waiting for delivery for 5 days. I tried calling them, the phone line was unanswered. One day they even called but I didn't get the desk. I came to the store twice and listened to the promises. When it was delivered, the top of the desk was scratched, chunk of the wood was missing from the desk leg and the quality of the desk was super-low (splits on the edges of the desk, all edges pretty much). Guys from delivery service said that they couldn't take it back and I had to go to the store to decide a problem. I would strongly recommend never buy from the crown furniture. Their service is unprofessional and very poor.

    I gave crown furniture one star because I had to give them at least one star to rate them, crown frunitre's customer service was by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. I agree with the previous reviewer, once You pay them you advance, that is it, there colors change. In my case I was promised delivery between certain hours, I took time off from work so I could be at home to receive delivery, I waited for a couple of hours, when I dindn't hear anything from them I tried calling them, The phone line was either engaged or unanswered, very frustrating to deal with unprofessional people like this especially if you already have paid advanced. The next day I had to go back to the store to sort things out and that was not a pleasant experince as well. Again these are the most unprofessional people in Toronto.

    SAVE YOURSELF FROM HEADACHE DONT GO IN THEIR STORE

    The people are rude. They will be nice to you at first but once you give them your money for the downpayment and wait for the delivery.... thats the time you will see their attitude!!! save yourself from trouble! dont even enter the store!!!!
