I think they moved locations as the videos show a different garage/location than they are at.
The owner/worker was very friendly and I wanted to like them; but their work left dirt inside the cups, scratched the tinting on the windows and the bugs/debris on the bumper was still there and either it wasn't cleaned or just didn't work.
I think their cleaning process actually damaged my car's paint and I had to wax it right away when I got home.
Purchased the premium package - there was only one guy working on my car - although it says 1.5 - 2 hrs, the guy was done 1hr and 15 mins. It seems like all he did was vacuum the car and wave his steam wand around the car!
for a premium detailing package, you would expect a lot more attention to "detail" - there was gunk left in all the compartments, easily wipe-able stains on the dashboard and steering wheel. There was also dust in the vents!
Terrible work! will never go back!
