several times at this store Ive been charged a price different than the price on the shelf. Staff blames it on people moving products. But recently purchased a product with price tag affixed to it - price at register was almost double - customer service desk was terrible saying only that we dont correct prices and register price correct regardless of price on item. Happens too many times here to be by accident. This store is the worst offended Ive seen and has the worst customer service attitude

Generally I have no problems because I don't ask questions. A product was mislabelled as on sale, and when I told them that, the cashier brushed off my concerns and then I had to return the product to the shelves and find the on sale product alone. Didn't realize that I had to do Canadian Tire's employees job too. The sale product ended up being mixed together with a regularly priced item. Overall, I like this Canadian Tire because it's located near to me, but the employees aren't competent.
