I'm a frequent customer in the morning around 7am for the past two years . Recently they changed the person running the drive thru window . Long story short he is very rude , ignorant and I have to say he isn't a friendly person . First incident took place when I gave him some change . Know I always assume that if your running a cash register you are able to count change , not in this case . I have him the change , he immediately put it all in the register and he gave me my coffee and sandwhich . I waited for my change . He said very sarcastically "Is there something else I can get you" , I replied my change . He then said "oh I didn't count it I dont know" . Absolutely ridiculous . Finally today was the last straw , he handed me my ice cap with the lid halfway off and it was spilling , I immediatly tried to fix the lid and as I was doing that he said "Are you going to take this sandwhich bud" as if I should have put the drink down right away and grabbed it from him . Meanwhile half of the icecap is spilling in my car . Grabbed the sandwich from him and he walked away from the window , didn't say "have a great day" "thankyou" or nothing . So I took it upon myself to call and speak to a manager . I spoke to what seemed like a girl is her early 20's and after I told her what happened she laughed at me on the phone , and sarcastically said I will speak to him . So all in all this Tim hortons location does not care about the customer .
