Queenston Tire & Rim (Centennial)

I had work done by Gus yesterday (December 7th). Every time I see Gus at Queenston Tire and Rim on Centennial I am favorably impressed by his attention to detail, his professionalism and his willingness to help people out when they are in need. Many tire businesses treat customers as a necessary evil. I always feel that Gus treats me as a person and tries to provide the help that is required. I am also impressed with the staff who work there. Great senses of humour and very efficient.

The used tires were sold at a great price, something went wrong with one of them and they promptly switched them with a newer used tire, free of charge. Would recommend this establishment to anybody in need of a decent set of tires!

I have purchased tires as well as had them exchanged and stored for seasonal weather. This business has great prices. I was scared to find places and ask for quotes on anything because my knowledge is limited. I found this business to be very straight forward and honest. Gus is a great person and he will always be straight forward with you. The services is fast and I have no complaints! Thanks QTR for your help and making me feel not scared haha!

Rude Unprofessional Employees

Prices were okay but took a bit longer than expect but I can understand why after seeing the employee. A very rude child who is trying out the "gansta" look with a curse word every sentence was giving a very poor attempt at answering some simple questions about his work. I'm not sure if all employees are like this but I hope not. Whether he was having a bad day or night before (glossy red eyes) customer's mean nothing to him. Would not recommended due to this child "Sam". Very Unprofessional.

Quick and Reasonable

Checked out this place for tires. Called me back promptly because they were busy when I called them. Prices were reasonable. Job was done well and counter person was friendly and accommodating.
