Face to face service is good, however the amount of appointments they schedule is unnecessary, they scheduled 5 different appointments for me in the course of 2 months all at different times, wouldn't have bothered me to much if the website info they gave was actually correct with openeing hours it said 10 o'clock am, needless to say I have to pay an additional fee because my appointment was actually at 9:40am.
