Poor Service, Not sure if still in business
I was a customer of Premise Protection for a few years, large fee to install the equipment, small monthly fee for monitoring. I had some issues in the beginning with one of the sensors, they came to fix it a few times before replacing it. After a power outage, the system never worked the same and they did not come to fix it. After several I gave up and called to cancel my service. 15 months has gone by, I don't even live there, it is not turned on - they are still billing me and not responding.
