Post sales support is really horrible. No refund, no exchange and no support from the store. They even lie to tell me it was normal to have the headboard of a bed to hang in the air, attached to metal frame.You would be better off buying your furniture from elsewhere. I wound't go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone either!
