I called to make an appointment and when she asked for the reason I said I wanted a check-up with my doctor. She then proceeded to continuously ask me what it was for - I did not wish to disclose this information to someone who isnt my family doctor. I then proceeded to ask for her name because I just wanted to know who I was speaking with. She then raised her voice at me and said Ive been here for over 20 yrs and honestly if youre going to do this then Im going to help someone else instead.
