Was given a faulty inspection by Ken after i told him i thought i had a blown head gasket. he told me my engine was fine. paid them to change my sparkplugs and my car died the next day. blown head gasket! he took no responsibility and told me there's nothing he can do. satisfaction guaranteed my ass. wouldn't have put $200+ dollars into a car with a blown head gasket unless he told me to.

    Scary

After noticing something not right with our 2009 Acadia, took it to my Trusted mechanic and was informed that an engine mount was broken....bad news....good news, covered by warranty. Contacted Authorized GM dealer and they had to see the vehicle for themselves. Dropped the car off at 8:00 am, got a call back at 5:00 pm to tell me nothing is wrong! Are you frigging kidding me! I had to tell their licensed mechanic to call my Trusted mechanic and guess what... get a call back explaining that yes, there is a broken engine mount, they missed it on their original inspection. None the less, very disappointed and scared that such a dangerous problem could be missed by initial inspection. If you are a licensed, authorized dealer, how could you possibly explain such a drastic fail....unbelievable.
