Mr. Luhowy has practised Law in Ontario since 1978 except for a period of working with industry and real estate brokerages. He obtained his LL.B. (Canadian Law Degree) from the University of Windsor, in 1976 and his M.B.A. (in Finance and Urban Land Economics) from the University of British Columbia in 1973 after attending Queens University's M. Sc. program (in Physical Chemistry) and McMaster University's B.Sc. program (in Chemistry and Mathematics).
