My family has been coming here for many years, the doctors and the staff have always been accommodating, and professional. Dr. Capitelli is very thorough and courteous, she has helped me with many vision issues over the years. Highly recommend :)
I can't even believe I'm writing this review. All my past experiences with Dr. Capitelli were great. She was kind and knowledgeable. Today however I called to make an appointment but was spoken to so rudely I couldn't even believe it. I was hung up on several times. It wasn't like I was rude or abrasive in any manor they simply didn't have time in their schedule so they hung up several times without explanation. Never have I been treated in such a manor by medical professionals, horrible experie
