I am their customer for 10 years now. Very satisfied with everything. Very reasonable prices( I always buy a voucher), I have done sooooo many photobooks for my big family, all success. Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). Maybe one note - customer service is only Monday-Friday, not available on evenings or weekends. Thank you!

Not Canadian pre purchase 5 photo books and now they want me to page for paper! Two weeks still not resolved. English not primary language. Never again Be warned

I called in and and spoke to Kevin in customer relations he was quick and helpful to resolve a glitch i had encountered. I love creating photobook and my clients always compliment them!

This website is very misleading - while it says Photobook Canada, my shipment originated from Malaysia. WHAT???? I thought I was supporting the Canadian industry. The picture did not load entirely, but is enough to confirm this

created numerous photobooks and some canvas prints. I used vouchers previously purchased and have had great success. Only complaint is that if you have a question and live outside of Markham, ont. you are subject to long distance phone charges. No 1-800 line.
