First Care Pickering

Was neglectful in the care of my Uncle in assisting him in his health concerns. Negative attitude in helping find him answers and did not perform physical exams that would be expected of a doctor. Very money driven. Overall very disappointed with his lack of care or concern.

Not happy with the service! Was sent for ultra sound and exray on shoulder,2 days later I called and secretary said both were normal! 1 Month later called because of the pain, again this time secretary called me back not doctor like I asked for, anyways she tells me the exray showed deterioration on shoulder! And sent a requisition to spealist.it took me to call a Month later to find out there was something. I'm not happy at the unprofessional care.

Having Dr. Tanious as our family doctor is a blessing and gift! He is attentive, thorough, incredibly patient and proactive! Frankly the level of service and care is incredible. Now there is even a pharmacy right in the office which is so easy and convenient. Dr Tanious and the pharmacist have gone well above the call of duty on numerous occasions.

The Healthcare team are very professional and supportive. Dr Tanious is very thorough with health assessments.He is a good listener and I have never felt rushed during a visit.I am very happy he is my family Doctor.

If your going to this doctors office make sure if you have an appointment for 2pm don’t bother showing up till 3:30pm and you’ll still probably have to wait a half hour Terrible service

The best Dr. any one can ask for, his care for his patients (me for one) is exceptional. He has treated me with upmost care and respect. I'm lucky to have him for my doctor. I am very happy with Dr. Atef Tanious his knowledge and caring makes me very comfortable and secure. His staff is very friendly and very obliging. Thank You

Just made a call to the office, inquiring whether or not there were any earlier time slots available for my son’s appointment. The extremely impatient, rude and completely flustered woman who answered responded with “call me Monday and we’ll figure this out” and then hung up the phone. I work in the medical field and understand that there is back log and lots to do right now but that doesn’t make it okay to brush of the concerns of your clients. Will be finding a new family doctor.

Very professional and knowledgeable. He really cares and gives patients enough time. Waiting time used to be long when he started but now it is very minimal. I can get appointment next business day and if I am very sick the admin can squeeze me in the same day They now open one saturday / month to accommodate the patients staff are very friendly and helpful. overall it is excellent office

I started to phone the office at 9:10 a.m.,got voice mail saying office opens at 9:00a.m. an hour later finally talked to his nurse. This was on a Monday morning, my appointment she gave me was the following Monday. I find this totally unacceptable from a general practioners office. Sure miss Dr Ah Now .

Doctor Tanious took over for Doctor ahnow when he retired. Ive seen him twice now and both times he brings his kids in the office screaming. Very unprofessional. Hes always fully booked so it takes about a week to get an appointment and when you do the wait time to actually see him is about 1.5 hours (both times). I was with doctor ahnow for 20 years, unfortunately I am looking for a new doctor.
