Expensive

Service was as expected. Shop rate of 119.95 and excessive mark up on parts made it very expensive but when you ate stuck on a Saturday there is no choice. Called GM, NAPA and Part Source and found out how excessive there cost is. Can't caution enough about checking the cost. Would have been cheaper to rent a car and gone to my trusted mechanic.

I bought my winter tires through them last winter, had them put on, then changed back to my summers this spring. I noticed immediately that there was significant air loss in one tire and when I called them saying they must have punctured my tire they said even if it was their fault they would not repair it for me without charge. I have had problems with other companies purposely breaking my car to get money out of me so I no longer can trust Active Green&Ross in case they are the same
