Norm's is our go to place when we need help with a plumbing problem. They are always very helpful and give good advice. They carry everything for plumbing from the smallest part to beautiful sinks, tabs and faucets.

I was recommended Norms so I called in. Guy on the phone wasn’t helpful. Not only did I not get my answer but he interrupted me when I was trying to explain my situation and seemed defensive when I asked further. Brutal experience and if this is a reflection of Norms employees I won’t waste my time visiting and will go elsewhere.

BUYERS BE AWARE ! Renovating bathroom is stressful enough however the sales team was nice about us taking all parts we purchased to try at home and bring back all unused and unopened boxes back the next day. Which we did but nobody warned us upfront that there would be an astronomical 25% restocking fee!!! This small detail they forgot to mention, ended up costing us 30$ on a 100$ drain which we fully returned unopened and they get to resell again. No apology for this day light robbery either.
