Just picked up a pair of Royer work boots! Great to deal with and very knowledgeable! One of the few places that actually measured my foot! Will be back again!

This is the best place to buy cowboy and cowgirl boots. They have a great selection and all sizes right on the shelf for you to try them on. My boyfriend and I both have boots from here. The customer service is very good. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for boots I come all the way from Oshawa !

Its unfortunate that u experienced this kind of service as I shop there all the time since even before they were gonna close.,..the new son and wife team that bought the store are very nice people. The store is often quite busy and multi tasking for their service is sometimes a demanding task. I have always received great service have been able to ask questions and take my time picking and choosing. While the first attempt is not to be excused for any reason on how u may have been treated I'd suggest maybe you try again and i think you will see that it was likely just a one time incident. Trust me when i say...i know I lived in ptbo all my life ..but since I moved north to Quebec.. The service and shops for cowboy boots are very poor, very small selection and VERY high prices. Nelsoms are the best for prices I have found all around!

I'll never shop here - horrible customer service

I called and asked about boot repair - as their ad says they do this. The person who answered the phone cut me off a number of times, said the person who did it was off sick and I'd have to go to Lindsay. I asked him if he could recommend someone in Lindsay - he said no, you can go look it up in the yellow pages. He was rude, abrupt, and ignorant the whole call. I'll never shop there!
