older lady finding it difficult to shop lookin for a sale rack. Asked associate for location, they pointed over there. Customer asked another and asked to be shown.Associate grumpy and led her to a stack which was too high. She managed to pull box to the edge so it would fall on her cart. she could barely see around it to push it up the aisle. Thankfully a customer asked her if she needed help and assisted her. She nicely related her experience to the cashier and was told to come to service desk

I got a $50.00 gift card from my employer for Christmas. Used it to buy $25.00 worth of merchandise and it's empty.

Not the place to go for exhaust work. Had a broken pipe and they wanted $1700 to replace the whole system to back. Went to a local smaller repair shop and had the pipe fixed for a mere $110. This CT likes to sell parts clearly.

Absolutely the worst Canadian tire in Canada, Staff are not helpful, policies are ridiculous as are the managers and they never have stock on sale items. I drive to Port Elgin or Collingwood where the service and smiles are free, And they have stock on sale products.
