The team at Bayshore are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I love getting my jewellery clean there they clean them for free.

The sales lady was so rude, as if I didnt deserve to be shopping there. We just spent thousands on our wedding rings at the tanger location but elected to pick up the band which was on order, at this location. she treated me like I couldnt afford a warranty on a plain gold band. I just didnt want it! Rude rude rude.

Most unhelpful staff!! Ive been standing at the counter waiting on two ladies to finish their apparent important conversation about ones spouse. Finally got someones attention, asked a question. She responds with I dont know. Doesnt even make a move to ask anyone else. What is this!! Someone called me on Friday and age cant find it on Sunday. Cant pull up my contact information for my ring payment because customer service is closed. Just save yourself the headache!

Avoid this store!

Terrible customer service. You will wait a minimum of 10 minutes before anyone will bother to help you, even when they are not busy and there are free members of staff. Completely incompetent, including asking if you would like serial numbers and identification wiped from your jewelry in an unrelated repair.

Go somewhere else

Terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. They complain about "the computer system" constantly and it takes hours to complete a simple transaction. They messed my order up five times resulting in six separate trips to the store to pick up a single piece of jewelry. I would never go back.
