Have never been so disrespected in my life by an employee. She was so incredibly rude to me when asking about glasses. Will never be a customer there.

Negotiated 25% off frames because they are discontinued. When I arrived at the store I was told the 25% on the frames could only apply if I also bought 550$ lenses. I can get my lenses from my local optician for 284$!! Needless to say, I left the store and I will never go back. Shop around. I found my discontinued frames online for less than the discounted price at New Look.

Went to purchase new contact lenses, with a valid prescription from another optometrist. When I went and asked for this, they told me that my prescription was not acceptable to them since it wasn't valid as it wasn't issued by them. I showed them my prescription which was for a specific brand of contacts, but they still wanted me to pay for an exam and prescription from their optometrist. So I went elsewhere which understood what a prescription means and they sold me the contacts i needed.
