Minto Group Inc

Tomorrow, June 3rd, 2017, is the official opening day for the new Minto community, Harmony, to give lots. A few days before I spoke with a sales agent about the process of selling houses. They convinced me that all the houses will be sold an a first come first serve basis. But what a surprise! When I stopped by the sales centre, I saw a sign that many lots were already sold in private sale yesterday, June 1st, 2017. Do not believe in Minto honesty, our consumer rights were declined.

Poor Service

I was hired by Minto 2 years ago. I worked as a superintendent for them. I will never work or live in a Minto home or apartment again. First off there office people don't really seem to be able to help. I took a screen in to be repaired just before Christmas 2015 still waiting for it. Have called and gone into minto office on Deerfield. Still no screen. poor poor service!!! I also went in and let the receptionist know the floor drain in laundry room was backing up. They have not done a thing.
