Not sure why I see bad reviews, I have been going there for 20 years, and always gotten great service. (What I do see is cranky customers who give the staff a hard time when they put in the corona rules)
This is a family run business, they even have a picture of the late father on the wall. This is heartwarming to see, as I still remember him rearranging the little cucumbers all day long.
Their food selection is very, very good, and the spices are 1/10 the price of the large competing stores!
A great place to find something new for your taste buds. Also to get spices and other things to prepare at home.
Only have had two issues there. Both at their bakery section. Bought a Black Forest type cake once and it was really moldy inside.
The last trip there the young lady at the bakery decided that even though I was waiting to be served. I was ignored and she went and served others first. Even one lady mentioned that I was there before her, but that didn't matter.
