I have been with CIBC for more than 10 years now and I have NEVER had an experience more horrible than this! I came to this branch because St. Laurent team has always been kind to me, but when Bryanna was "helping" me with my banking needs, she just made me want to switch banks, and I absolutely dislike how she represents the bank! She needs to learn respect, and realize just because she is privileged, it doesn't mean she can look down upon others.
I would NOT recommend seeing her!
