Couple of months ago I had Big Tyme Flooring Centre put new flooring into my house from top to bottom, Carpet, Hardwood Flooring and Tiles. They did a fabulous job. I had shopped around and if I had of known I could have saved a lot of time, they had by far the best prices for the quality products we were interested in. Their installers were very professional, friendly and helpful in every way. Thanks Mike.

this is unfair to say you waited long for your wood,
Yes your wood was ordered june 30,but wasn't to be installed until july 30th as per the invoice as you were not ready until then.
due to our popular demand for installation we fell behind,as everyone does.
You were going to get someone eles to install your wood... BUT decided to wait for us instead.
your floor was installed a week later after the install date.
and I was told by your girlfriend Joanne that she was very happy with the install ,glad to hear this.
We try our very best in business,to be the best,but we know we ARE NOT PERFECT.
There is still an outstanding balance on your invoice you refuse to pay.
