We’ve been waiting for over 5 months to remove my fathers name from a joint account, after he passed, and we’ve been given the run around the whole time. Unbelievable service and complete lack of compassion and understanding for the issue and the fact that it has prevented us from making investment decisions in my mothers best interests.
To wait over 30 minutes to see a teller in the middle of the day is not good customer service in my opinion. A lineup of close to 10 people and 2 tellers one busy in her computer is not efficient.
