The owner has no idea how to talk to clients. He's rude and emotional

Unfortunately not very helpful l or friendly.

I have used this marina before and was a little put off by the attitude of the staff. I thought i would give them a second chance, but unfortunately they proved that they are downright rude to the point of making you feel like you are wasting their time or making their lives difficult by actually giving them business and renting a boat from these people. Boats were very dirty, did not have cd/radio or aux as we were told when confirming our reservation. When we asked why they did not have the cd player they said that people broke them... Oddly they still require you to put down a 1000 dollar damage deposit and clearly don't repair their boats. Only go if there is no other option and even then don't let their attitudes ruin your day.
