UNRELIABLE CONTRACTOR
I had a signed contract 2 months prior to starting an exterior job and the day that he was to start, he backed out on the job. I beleive he under quoted me and it was too good to be true. He must have gotten a bigger job and left me high and dry, Of course this was at prime season and had to find someone new. I believed he was reliable and promised all kinds of things. Good talker but couldn't follow through.
