Weve been with Dr. Awad since 2009 and shes our family doctor. Dr. Lucy Awad is the great doctor ever, if she never helped and diagnosed me maybe Im dead now. Shes strict and brutality honest but its for our own good. I like the way she is. She takes care of my family, very professional. I dont see any reason why other people dislike her. If you dont like her, for sure you have your own self issues. THE BEST DOCTOR!!
The receptionist is very accommodating and the Pharmacists are very helpful.
I stopped going to this clinic years ago.I had been going through a tough situation when i came in to see her. Instead of feeling empathy/compassion. Instead what I recieved from her was anger. She made me feel absolutely worst. She told me not to come back to see her again with that issue I had tears in my eyes almost to the point of crying. After that day. I never returned. The pharmacists are nice. But the female doctor is a horrible person. I dont know how that clinic is still running.
If I could give this walk in a 0.5/5 stars I would. The receptionist & pharmacist are lovely. The doctor herself is rude, negative, disrespectful, judgmental, obnoxious, does not listen or let you speak, seeks excuses to provoke conflict, gives the clinic an unwelcoming setting. She fails in the critical thinking and problem solving section. The prices are extremely high by the doctors words. I will not be visiting this clinic ever again, as I am left feeling disappointed each time.
