Dr. Barrett has been our family doctor for 20 years. We couldn't be happier with the service. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He knows his patients very well and advocates for their best health.
Shoddy customer service! I walked-in there in Jan 2020. There was a worker who was rude. She was a Caucasian of slim build with long light-colored hair. She was in black T-shirt, black pants and a pair of sneakers, and wore her hair in a bun that day.
First, she wrongly accused me of leaving your clinic door open, after business hours: I was a patient sitting at the waiting room. Second, she just tilted her head to imply it was my turn. It was utterly rude of her! Why didn’t she call my name?
I went to this location because it was a convenient walk-in clinic location. I got there around 12:20pm and left at 5pm. I didn't see the doctor after waiting for almost 5 HOURS!!!! I gave up after asking about 3 times when I will be seen. It seemed like the doctor was prioritizing his regular patients over walk in ones. Avoid this place as they are way too busy and as a walk in patient, you have to wait. It is not first come first serve. I noticed that patients with procedures would go ahead. I was told by other clients that the average wait times were about 2 hours or more! You're better off going to the hospital. At least they will followup and see if you are ok.
Horrible service...I call at 6:20 to see when they take their last patient (which would be 7) then I get their 20 min later only to be told the walk in clinic doc left and the only doctor there is seeing his regular patients! The receptionist was rude and sounded like she just didn't care. Never going back there again.
