They are designed just like a human resources department for businesses' that do not have one. They recruit, do reference and background checks and find you the right people. They consult and can do psychometric analysis on candiates. They are also excellent because you can hire someone through them on a trial basis for both parties to see if you have a good fit. Because they deal directly with business owners they have a strong understanding of the direction and needs of the business. Looks like 30 years of experience really does make a difference.
