Mandarin Restaurant

Best buffet in Ontario. We have always dined at this location. Management listens and are very attentive to customer needs. It is always clean, has excellent service, friendly atmosphere, fresh foods, great desserts, hot and sour soup best we have ever had, replenished items often, very affordable, grilled meats, sushi very good, calories per serving displayed on each item, great location, easy to get to and never so crowded you do not want to enter. Never one regret dining here.

Excellent American/Chinese

Of the Mandarin restaurants I have visited this has been the best. The food is excellent, nothing looks tired on the buffet table, as so frequently happens with buffet food, with fresh food brought out regularly. The range of salads, mains and dessert is excellent. If you don't want Chinese there is a wide range of alternatives. Finally the service and ambiance (even for a hustle bustle buffet restaurant) was excellent. Altogether good value for money and a restaurant some of our smaller places can learn from in regard to service. And they give a 10% reduction for seniors over 60. If you're in the mood for American style Chinese food this should be on your list.

BEST CHINESE EVER!

Delicious foods really great environment, great servers who are helpful. Finally have debit!! they never used to have Debit. Great food. MOUTH WATERING!! They cook it to perfection! A little on the pricey side tho but still worth EVERY Penny!

The best Mandarin I have ever tried.

I have been many Mandarin Locations. After I brought my family to try the new Mandarin in Niagara Square, I think this is the best Mandarin. The restaurant was very clean. We got warm welcoming from front staff and managers. Food was fresh and hot, and the presentation was amazing. I want to mention about the excellent service. The servers were friendly and professional, Our table was always clean, napkins were changed so often, and we got birthday song and picture frame at the end. What a wonderful dining experience, we will definitely go back .

Kung Hei Fat Choi/ Happy New Year. We visited the newest Mandarin here at Niagara Square to celebrate the Lunar New Year. The restaurant was well decorated for the occasion and the wait staff all looked smart in the bright red showy uniforms. The food was tasty as we have found in other Mandarin restaurants and we appreciated the special dumplings dishes specific to the New Year. The special food makes the restaurant interesting. The server was very friendly as was the hostess. Major criticism would be that there is no mall access and that you must go outside to enter the restaurant. This is a ridiculous trend that is being repeated over and over at Niagara Square. Canada is cold and miserable in winter!

Our small group was very impressed with this new location at the Niagara Square. The service was knowledgable and helpful. The staff was so very welcoming we were smiling the whole time.They have cooks in the buffet area that were a real treat. They seemed to be having a great time cooking and serving freshly grilled meats, pizza and golden dumplings.(chinese new year) They were very quick to accommidate our requests as we wanted extra condiments on the side.(It was all brought to our table by one of them!) All the food available to us was very fresh and tasty. The wide variety of fare was ensured fresh by replacing the trays of food before it started to look tired,not when it was empty,like other buffets. Even if the trays were almost half full,they were replaced with a new tray. Our server Sherree was very smooth in keeping our table clean and our wine glasses full.They have a nice variety of wines too! Mandarin, in our own back yard! Long overdue. ------------------------------------------- Please, parents of small children should NOT let them run around inside!!
