So far seems like they did a good job with installation, and appears to be quality product. However, I requested a fix on an issue I was having (fairly simple fix) and talked to them a couple times, and was told it would be fixed "by the end of the week". That was approx 3 months ago. No one has come by. No one is returning my phone calls. Customer service post installation is terrible.
I waited about a year before I posted this just to make sure I had no problems with the roof, and I haven't. Paul and his team were great and finished the job in one day which turned out to be one of the hotest days last summer (2011).It was a good size roof with different levels and I thought it would take two days but the guys were great and did an excellent job. They painted all the metal to match the roof which was an unexpected bonus. Many of my neighbours also used him and we are all very pleased with the job. A few of my neighbours did use other people and were not happy at all. Yes they paid a little less but One neighbour had a leak only 1 month after but again HE DIDN'T USE DeJager Roofing.
