Not impressed! --...

Not impressed! -- at least with Cambridge. I phoned ahead for a simple brake line repair and was assured next day. I had a trip planned. Next day, no phone call. When I finally called them, I was told that a "fleet" of vehicles came in. 2 days later they finally got around to my van. I had to reschedule my trip plus the runaround. So much for first come, first serve. Doubt I'll be taking my "fleet" to Mr. Mechanic any time soon.

Customer for a couple of years. They provide great service and are very professional. Husband and wife owned business and they seem to treat they employees and customers with a great deal of respect. When I had an issue they immediately found a way to resolve it and not to push the problem away.
