Had an appointment booked for 3:20pm, showed up at 3:10pm with a FULL bladder 3:40pm still waiting, finally I asked the receptionist how much longer, she responds...a few mins, the technician is stuck in traffic. Another 30 mins goes by, at this point I am extremely upset as I just lost over an hour pay, plus I had been sitting in complete discomfort with a FULL bladder. I left without getting the ultra sound done, having to go back to work and unable to hold my bladder
