Very bad experience. Will not go again or recommend anyone to do any business with Sterling House. They use sub-standard vendors with no knowledge and experience. Staff are unprofessional, will not take time to understand your needs and will not take any responsibility. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Dont waste your time, money or energy and take your business somewhere else, SH does not deserve your business and you will definitely be disappointed.
Peter is a great young lad who listens and tries his best to assist. I would highly recommend everyone to give this store a shot. Their prices were very competitive and love the fact that they were not at all pushy like some of the other places. I actually felt like I had known these Peter forever. I think I have found my go to place for my furniture needs. Thanks Peter and see you again when I furnish my next room.
I'm not sure who to blame. I ordered 5 pieces of furniture in Nov ‘15. At the time I was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. Multiple delays, excuses and problems ensued. Sterling had been paid in full on Feb 10 & I finally received all my furniture Jun 14. They insisted on ordering me a new table to replace a defective one, the week of Aug 28. As of Feb 24/17, over 24 weeks later. I have not received one call, email or any other form of communication. Their customer service is incredibly POOR!!!
We've furnished our entire house with Sterling Interiors and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the result. Since 2013, after a horrible experience at Lazy Boy, we discovered Sterling and have since worked closely with Peter and Christina who made the process fun and easy. They went above and beyond each time and even sourced out some pieces they don't carry and helped us with a custom built TV unit. They provide great suggestions and the service is undoubtedly the best we've received.
I looked high and low to find some store that sold quality Canadian made furniture instead of the cheap imports. I am so happy I came across Sterling House. From start to finish my buying experience was exceptional. The staff is very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me select the perfect bedroom set and couch. Great work Peter and Cristina.

I custom ordered a dinette & buffet set a couple years ago. At first, the table top delivered was the wrong size. Sterling House was fantastic in reordering the correct size, having it delivered and set up. While awaiting the correct table, they left me with the first one delivered so I didn't have to do without.
The quality, service and price were fantastic!
